We provide tools and techniques to help you cultivate mindfulness, improve your self-awareness, and build a positive self-image.
What's Discussed at Weekly Check in
Progress Review
Celebrate any milestones reached, achievements, and improvements since the last check-in. This could be weight loss, a change in mind set, or progress in any specific area of wellness.
Goal Setting
Reflect on goals set during the previous check-in and establish new ones for the upcoming week.
Challenges and Concerns
Address any issues or obstacles faced in the past week. This is an opportunity to discuss setbacks or barriers so we can come up with solutions.
Skincare Assessment
I will evaluate the progress. This could include observing the reduction of acne, pigmentation, fine lines, or other targeted issues. Go over the skincare routine followed during the week. I might recommend changes. This could include introducing a new product, altering the frequency of a current one, or stopping the use of a particular product entirely.
Adjustments
Based on progress and challenges, recommendations might be made to adjust the current plan or strategy. This could mean tweaking a workout routine, modifying a diet plan, introducing a new skincare product, or introducing new mindfulness exercises.
Emotional and Mental Well-being
Discussing any feelings or emotions that have been predominant or challenging during the week and talking about ways you have been managing. I will recommend resources like books, workshops and therapies where needed.
Motivation and Encouragement
I will continue to remind you of your why while reinforcing the importance of consistency, and reiterating the benefits of sticking to the plan.

- Once coaching is confirmed, payment is a one time fee of $499. Payment plan available.
- Check ins are optional but highly recommended to get the most out of your custom program. It's your responsibility to schedule each check in following the initial with the link provided.
